My message templates are approved in WhatsApp but Why am I unable to see them in TeleCRM?

This problem can be solved very easily:

  1. Make sure that your message template is properly added and approved by Facebook
  2. Next, go to Integrations on your TeleCRM dashboard and select WhatsApp Cloud API
  3. Go to WACA Templates tab and hit refresh

That's it. All your latest WhatsApp Cloud API templates will now reflect on TeleCRM messaging dashboard
