Why Call Recordings are not getting fetched even after configuring the path?

Ensure these three conditions for the same:

- Automatic call recording must be enabled

- wifi calling of the phone must be disabled

- Truecaller App must not be set as default calling app. 

Note- TeleCRM as a software does not provide any separate call recording path. It only helps you to configure it.
